We would highly recommend Bill Kordos who recently sold a home on our behalf in Padstow.
Prior to listing we sought advice from Bill about making improvements to our property to maximise its market appeal to a wider range of buyers. His recommendations matched with our objectives and as we lived away from Sydney he smoothed the process of finding contractors and organising access to the property. He was in contact with us constantly reporting on progress and liaising with contractors on our behalf.
During the marketing process Bill reported back to us after every open house, relaying comments from potential buyers and keeping us informed of other sales in the area. He followed up more than once with every person who responded to the advertising or attended the open houses.
Bill worked very hard at the open house on auction day and due to his enthusiasm and confidence there was a big crowd at the auction and a large number of registered bidders. In an unpredictable market Bill achieved an excellent result for us due in no small part to his tenacity in following up with potential buyers.

Best agent I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely how you dream an real estate agent should be. I’ve bought and sold 6 houses over the years and never experienced this level of service. Even when Bill was on holidays he would take calls if I had concerns. That’s commitment.
Nothing was too much effort and if there were any hiccups he just addressed them, not blame, not finger pointing…fixed.
I need to stop now as the only things I can say about Bill are glowing and anyone reading this may think this isn’t a genuine review. The only thing left to say is that Bill is worth every single cent I paid him.

We used Bill to sell our house in January 2018. He was excellent to deal with, communicative and our house sold quickly and for a good (and accurate) market price. When we first met Bill, we were impressed by the method in which he uses to sell houses and opted for a private treaty, as opposed to an auction, which is the usual sale method for our area. Having dealt with many agents to purchase our next property, we were glad we used Bill who treated us and potential purchasers with respect and patience.
