Jonathan is a very genuine person and down to earth. He really understood my situation and gave me the best advise in the situation. He was very good at reading people and could read me like a book, even though I was doing not to reveal my hand, which was how I much I wanted this property.
I felt he listened to me through the whole buying process and has a lot of empathy. Jonathan did hard negotiations with me without being unreasonable. Josh was attentive to my needs as a vendor but also very respectful about his buyers. Out of all the agents I interviewed, he was the first agent to ask me how I would like to sell my property.
He was patient and attentive to my desires and knowledgeable about the area, which indicated that he would be patient, informative, and attentive to our buyers. I wanted someone firm but not pushy, as I knew this approach would work best given the demographic of our area. He executed the marketing according to my needs, the sale according to my timeline, and achieved a price that exceeded my expectations.
