After consultation with several estate agents we decided to list our property with Chamber Fleming Professionals at Padstow.
Our first contact was with Belinda Owsnett. Belinda arrived promptly as arranged and immediately put us at ease, we felt very comfortable in her presence. She explained the current market and showed us examples of recent sales in the area giving us a target price that she was confident it would bring. We had never considered an Auction at this stage, however Belinda explained ‘pros and cons’ of an Auction, explaining that the number of buyers around at moment it would be a good option. Belinda at all times was understanding of our need to be confortable with the decision and at all times was not ‘pushy’. She then kindly invited us to an Auction they were holding that afternoon. We attended the Auction that afternoon and decided that was the way we wanted to go.
Belinda started what was an extremely prompt and efficient program. During this time Belinda and her team worked tirelessly. Within 24 hours from signing up the property was on all major web sites and photos displayed at their agency and local paper advertisements were arranged.
Three open days were arranged for following Saturdays which we were amazed at amount of people attended these. At all times Belinda kept us informed of the process.
Finally the Auction Day arrived and to our amazement approximately 200 people attended with 47 registered bidders indicating Belinda’s tremendous efforts. However for us and Belinda the best was yet to come with the property selling for $74,000 over reserve.
This tremendous result we are sure was due to the untiring work of Belinda and her Team. June and I found Belinda very understanding, friendly and dedicated to her job and would have no hesitation in recommending Belinda and the team at Chambers Fleming Professionals. A job well done!

I initially went with another realtor who were an absolute disaster. Out of 40 groups that went through the property in the 5 weeks that they had it for, they couldn’t convert a single sale. I then went to the Professionals Padstow who were able to sell the property in the first week that they had it. They were a godsend.
Their attitude, market knowledge, buyer connections, experience, strategy, persistence and resolve is why they were able to sell the property so quickly and for a good price. I knew I was in good hands when I went into their office to sign the selling agreement because in the background I could see all the sales staff on the phones non-stop chasing up clients and trying to convert sales. They didn’t just rely on putting it on the Internet and hoping clients just come to them. They really work for their money. I regret not going with them right from the start, but sometimes you have to learn the hard way. Thank God, Dean and his team were able to get me out of trouble. I highly recommend them and that is why I gave them my second property to sell off the back of the first successful sale. Needless to say, that also resulted in success!
