It is with a profound sense of gratitude that we are able to write this letter in respect of the efforts of Belinda Owsnett-Small in the selling of our home. Through it all Belinda maintained her professionalism and was constantly across her brief. Belinda same across as being sincere, personable and having a good sense of humour. There was no ‘hard sell’ from Belinda. There was no stroking of our ego, feeling of pretentiousness and Belinda never set any unrealistic expectations about the price that we may get for our home.
In setting out the details of the sale of our home, Belinda had a knack of cutting through and getting to the point, thus making the decision process easier in what is most likely the biggest financial decision that we would ever be faced with.
At all times, Belinda maintained her commitments. If Belinda said that she would call she did. If Belinda said that she would come over to meet with us, she did. During our two open house inspections, Belinda was punctual and reassuring.
We were very impressed by Belinda’s work ethic and her capacity to meet the commitment that she had made.
Our home has now been sold and the property settled. This is due in large part to the efforts of Belinda. We are very thankful for Belinda and the team at the Professionals. It is our opinion that Belinda is the epitome of what a good restate agent is about.

I would just like to personally thank you for showing Courtney and I this property back in February. We only attended the open house as we were researching properties while our house was on the market. I write this letter to let you know how extremely happy I was with the service I received from Belinda.
I researched the areas’ real estate agents and decided on your company due to its long standing reputation and family values. I watched Realestate.com for some time and your sale prices never appeared inflated and subsequently sold very quickly.
I decided to sell the property this year and emailed Belinda. She gave some great tops on getting the property ready for sale. She was never pushy and was always on hand for advice. She returned phone calls/emailed immediately (one of my pet hates when not done efficiently).
Belinda set the strategy to sell my property of which I was a little apprehensive which I queried (3 times). Each time I queried her she said “trust me” !! I did. I could not be happier with the price we achieved for my property. I achieved more than I could have ever anticipated.

Prior to selling I did not have some contact with your property management team as my home was tenanted, and they never let me down, not once. If ever there was a repair to be done or matter to be dealt with they were on top of it. When Belinda Owsnett from the Professionals Padstow first walked in the door of our old family home in Revesby I was still deeply grieving for my mother who had recently passed away at age 95. Showing compassion beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent she set my mind at ease in no time.
When explaining how she would market the house she came across as very confident without being overbearing, which I found refreshing to say the least. When the time came to put the house on the market she moved quickly, but without any fuss, and the house was sold in a matter of days. I was very, very impressed by her efforts, and the price was well above what I expected.

Recently it was necessary to find a real estate agent after my mother passed away and her family home of 30+ years was to be sold. As the other executors did not live locally it was up to me to research local agents. I contacted two agents but my decision was made easy after speaking to Belinda Owsnett to the Professionals at Padstow.
From the start Belinda showed compassion to be at what was a very difficult time. After speaking to her for just a short time I felt confident in her ability and I made the decision to put the house on the market through the Professionals Padstow.
At our first meeting at my mother’s home, Belinda was not only punctual but also extremely positive and easer to start the marketing process. She mentioned she had a large database that she could draw on and was confident of a quick sale.
30 groups of people attended the first (and only) open house on the Saturday morning. On the following Monday Belinda personally contacted every one of these people and by Tuesday the home was sold. At all times I was kept up to date with the proceedings.
