Julie goes above and beyond others to provide the best property management service I have experienced in my 20 years as an investor. Julie Klinker’s has managed our first ever investment property for the past 18 months. Julie’s been great to work with and alleviated any fears a first time investor may have by finding us great tenants and managing them and us professionally. I was referred to Jonathan Watson through a friend who spoke very highly of him. From the first phone call right through till after settlement Johnathan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did whatever it took to not only get the sale but at the right price and he done this in less than 2 weeks during a very tough property market. To receive a phone call at 9:30pm on a Saturday night from Johnathan to sign the sales contract really proves that he will do whatever it takes.
