John Owsnett, Principal of his long-standing family real estate business – Professionals Chambers Fleming Padstow, is this year celebrating an incredible milestone – his 50th Year of working in the Real Estate industry.  John first started his real estate career in his early 20’s at an office in Bexley, before moving to Schloeffel and Sons in Padstow.  John set up Chambers Fleming Padstow after finally buying former Mayor, Carl Little’s real estate office space which was established in 1956 on the corner of Howard and Faraday Roads, Padstow.  A Justice of the Peace, John quickly became a familiar face in our area, being President of the Padstow Chamber of Commerce and President of the local Lions Club, as well as many other local organisations.

All of John’s three children, Belinda, Todd and Dean have worked in the real estate business for many years now and are each now Directors of the business, as well as listing and selling properties in our local area.  Now boasting 22 staff, the family business has grown substantially from the 5 staff members John started with, including his lovely wife Joy, who has worked alongside him in the business for all those years.  Professionals Padstow is consistently ranked as one of the Top Professionals Real Estate Offices in Australia.  Now enjoying semi-retirement, John still provides continued and valued support, advice and mentorship to Belinda, Todd, Dean, Bill, Liz, Jade, and all the staff at Professionals Padstow.   Congratulations John, on an incredible legacy.
